We actively participate in the Leicester Road Running League and the Derby Runner Cross Country League (Derby / Leicester Division), providing our members with exciting opportunities to test their skills against other local running clubs.

Please Note - Social Members can not run in Cross Country league races or closed road league races as they are for affiliated EA runners only. Social members can run in the open races in the road league.
Second Claim Members can run in both Cross Country and Road league races for BADGERS, so long as there first claim team isn't part of the same league. However they won't count for team points in Cross Country if a full team can firstly be made up of first claim members, they will score as normal in the road league. They can compete as individuals and are eligible for individual prizes in both Cross Country and Road Leagues.
If you are a Social or Second Claim Member and would like to upgrade your membership to take part or score for the team in any of the league races. Then please contact the Membership Secretary who will be happy to help you out.
In order to take part in the any league or championship races you will need to wear a BADGERS vest or t-shirt.
For these races the vest/t-shirt must not be altered in anyway (adding your name, logos etc...).
Vests/t-shirts can be ordered from our Secretary at any time.
