Lift Share: We will be meeting at Woolpack Way Car Park, Atherstone at 8:45am (leaving 8:55am prompt) and travel over together!
Information
Parking is available on the playing field (grass) if not waterlogged. Please car share as space is limited. There is only one entrance/exit so do not drive into the field if only dropping-off. Please respect the local residents if parking is not available on the field. However, under this or any other circumstance, please do not park on Halstead Road between the playing fields and Walton Way island.
Registration / Running Number:
If you belong to a LRRL club then your race numbers will be distributed through your club representative. Otherwise collect from the registration point. Your disposable timing chip will be on the back of your race number. Do not remove, fold or crease the chip as this will stop it working and your time will not be registered.
Facilities:
Two small changing rooms with limited showers and toilets plus additional portable toilets will be placed at the side of the changing block. Light refreshments will be available to purchase?
Start/Finish point:
The race starts and ends on Halstead Road approximately from 400m from the Halstead Fields parking area.
Running surface:
The course is mainly run on a tarmac surface except for a short section were there are potholes and uneven surface on the section of the course between mile 1.5 and 2.5 where care should be taken.
Post race:
After the race race memento will be handed out at the registration point

1st Male/Female = £100 / 2nd = £50 / 3rd = £30
1st Male/Female = V40/V50/V60 = £50
1st U20 Male/Female = £30 Voucher
1st Woman - Di Jackson Memorial Shield
Any runner that finishes in a position that qualifies for more that one individual prize shall be awarded just one prize (except the Di Jackson Memorial Shield)
Minimum age on race day is 15. Any junior runner must be a member of an Affiliated Club which has a safeguarding policy and that has a Club Officer holding a current Athletics DBS Certificate present at the race.

Men – 8 runners (includes U20, Senior Men and VM40+)
Ladies – 6 runners (includes U20, Senior Women, and VW40+)
Vet Men – 4 runners (VM40+ only)
Vet Ladies – 3 runners (VW40+ only)
