Whether you're a complete newbie or dusting off those running shoes, our Beginner BADGER programme is here to support you every step of the way. We'll guide you towards your 5k goal, providing expert advice on everything from warm-ups to cool-downs. Our friendly Run Leaders will be with you every step, offering encouragement and tips as you build your distance.

Important: Children must be 12 years or older to participate at BADGERS.

Important Information
Safety Gear: During Autumn and Winter months, high-visibility clothing and a head torch are essential.
Parking: Please park legally and considerately to residents, ensuring you do not obstruct other vehicles.
Payment Options:
Pay-as-you-go: £3 per session
Full programme: £30 for all 12 sessions (Free for members)
New Starter Cut-off: No new starters will be accepted after week 3 of the programme.
Road Safety:
Where possible, keep to designated paths and be mindful of pedestrians, giving way where necessary.
When running on roads, be aware of traffic and run single file towards oncoming vehicles.
