We’re the biggest and friendliest running club in the area – established all the way back in 2011. We're fully compliant with England Athletics and hold all 7 club standards, meaning you're in safe hands with our knowledgeable and DBS-checked coaches and leaders.
Here’s why you should join our Couch to 5k programme:
Suitable for everyone: This programme is perfect for total beginners, those looking to improve their running, or even those returning from injury.
Proven Success: We've seen hundreds of people achieve their running goals through our courses, many going on to run, half marathons, marathons or even become coaches themselves!
Expert Guidance: Our supportive leaders are trained with England Athletics and will guide you every step of the way, teaching you proper running technique and building your confidence.
Improved Mental Health: Running releases endorphins that elevate mood and reduce stress. Plus, being part of a supportive group can combat feelings of isolation and loneliness.

Flexible and affordable: Our 12-week programme starts on January 7th, 2026, and culminates at a parkrun event on March 28th. Sessions are just £3 each, or get the whole programme for only £30!
